DALAI LAMA QUOTES ON MANKIND HOW TO
“To learn that there are persons who love them dearly, but simply do not know how to express or show their feelings.” “To learn to forgive by practicing forgiveness.” “To learn that it only takes a few seconds to open profound wounds in persons we love and it takes many years to heal them.” “To learn that a rich person is not the one who has the most, but the one who needs the least.” “To learn that it is not good to compare themselves to other.” “To learn they cannot make anyone love them, what they can do is let themselves be loved.” “As a parent, what are some of life’s lessons that you want your children to learn?” God’s hand took mine and we were silent for a while. “That they live as if they will never die and die as if they had never lived.” I believe compassion to be one of the few things we can practice that will bring immediate and long-term happiness to our lives. If you want to be happy, practice compassion. If you want others to be happy, practice compassion. “That by thinking anxiously about the future, that they forget the present, such that they live neither in the present or the future.” And if you can’t help them, at least don’t hurt them. “That they lose their health to make money and then lose their money to restore their health.” “That they get bored with childhood, they rush to grow up and then long to be children again” “What surprises you most about humankind?”

Therefore calling someone 'stupid' especially after a great point was made is completly inconsiderate of what other people feel and think is true. It is important to always have minds open but it is even more important to respect other people's opinions. “My time is eternity, … what questions do you have in mind for me?” But I also believe Dalai Lama meant humakind of mankind when he said 'man'. “If you have the time”, I said … God Smiled. “So you would like to interview me?” God asked.

The full text of which is here: I Dreamed I had an Interview with God. Lachard, while writing under the penname Jim Brown in his writing “I Dreamed I Had an Interview with God”. Thanks to my readers, I can report the original author of this quote was James J. I shared this quote not because of “who said it” but because of the meaning of its content. that this was not a quote by the Dalai Lama XIV, but rather falsely reported to be the case across the web. It has been pointed out to me in the comments, etc. And then he is so anxious about the future that he does not enjoy the present the result being that he does not live in the present or the future he lives as if he is never going to die, and then dies having never really lived.” Then he sacrifices money to recuperate his health. Because he sacrifices his health in order to make money. Dalai Lama When Asked What Surprised Him Most Abou.“When asked “What thing about humanity surprises you the most?”, the Dalai Lama answered:.If these two things cannot be done, than I would appreciate someone not even leaving a comment.

I'm sorry if you think I was wrong for calling this out, but I do ask for civility and respect on this blog. What strikes me most unusual is that the Dalai Lama stands for understanding and peace, yet the person responding is doing the complete opposite. I do realize in our world that statements such as "you are so stupid" tend to be the norm, but they are not what this blog is about. This blog is about opening one's mind up a little, being respectful and learning to listen and communicate. Telling someone they are so stupid in the way that this comment did, is attacking. Of course when everyone posts as "anonymous" instead of using a real identity, it gets quite confusing. That statement is anything but respectful and it is the one to which I was referring. You are so stupid! when he says "man" he means mankind, not man literally! Don Shetterly - Relaxing Piano Music Decemat 9:12 of Dec 8 - The following statement is definitely not a respectful comment that was made on here.
